COVID-19 changes

Corporation Commission staff will continue to serve stakeholders remotely

NOTICE: In our continuing response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all OCC offices and facilities statewide are closed to the public as of March 23, 2020, until further notice.

The Commission has implemented remote work for many employees. All OCC services will be conducted online, via telephone, email and regular mail until further notice.

While the OCC is still providing services Monday, response times could be longer than normal, as no personnel will be in the Jim Thorpe Building until at least April 6, 2020. This allows us to comply with local and state mandates and CDC guidelines to eliminate gatherings of more than 10 people in coming weeks.

Transportation Division's public counter was closed as of March 19, 2020. Read more about how to conduct business online.

Commissioner meetings will continue to occur as scheduled, and we invite you to watch the live stream or listen via conference call. Any en banc hearings currently scheduled before the Commission will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise determined by the Commission. Read more about the Commissioners continuing to conduct business.

Administrative court hearing participants received updated instructions on remote participation. Read more about how we will continue court proceedings remotely.

Notice for OUSF-eligible health care facilities, schools and libraries: broadband can be temporarily increased at no extra charge. Read more for details. Find the emergency change form here.
