NOTICE: In our continuing response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Commission is allowing limited meetings and hearings in certain cases with an opportunity to appear in person. *Details outlined below.
The Commission has implemented remote work for many employees. All OCC services will be conducted online, via telephone, email and regular mail until further notice.
While we are still providing services during regular business hours, response times could be longer than normal, as only a limited number of staff members will be in the Jim Thorpe Building until further notice. The agency will follow CDC guidance for employers, and we are aware of the CDC's stated risks for events and public gatherings.
