COVID-19 changes

Commissioners will continue to conduct OCC business

NOTICE: In our continuing response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Commission is allowing limited meetings and hearings in certain cases with an opportunity to appear in person and only those parties whose meetings are specifically designated by the OCC for specially scheduled hearings, until further notice.

Commission meetings will continue to occur as scheduled, and we invite you to watch the live stream or listen and participate via conference call.

Any en banc hearings currently scheduled before the Commission will proceed as scheduled unless otherwise determined by the Commission.

Commissioners will continue to process daily orders any day of the week, irrespective of whether the Commission conducts a regular or special meeting.

For orders set on the 24 hour daily agenda(s), the Commission intends to conduct regular or special meetings and the public can watch the live stream or participate via phone however, these meetings may be limited to one day per week.

If the connection is lost during a Commission meeting, the meeting will be stopped and reconvened once the audio connection is restored. This could take at least 15 minutes to restart a meeting.

In addition, with the passage of Senate Bill 661, the Commission may increase or alter this procedure, if necessary, to allow more flexibility while best protecting the health and safety of its employees.
