Instructions to Fix Problems with OCC Web Applications Running on Computers Using IE 7 and Microsoft Vista

Some information about how to use this file.

This program prevents Internet Explorer 7 running on Windows Vista from crashing when accessing the Oklahoma Corporation Commission web applications.
You should NOT run this file directly from the web site, please right click on the link and click "Save target As.." and place it somewhere on your machine where you can find it (like your desktop).
This program will check to make sure that Java and JInitiator have been installed on your machine. If one or both of these programs are missing then we will automatically start the installs for them. If these programs need to be installed you will have to restart this program after each install is finished.
Make sure you click "Continue" or "Confirm" on any boxes that pop up.
When running this program you MUST RIGHT CLICK the icon and select "Run as administrator" for it to work correctly.
If you did not start this program as an administrator then exit using the instructions below and restart it as an administrator.
If you wish to exit this program just press Ctrl-C, press Y and Enter.
